Over the past season, The Formation Room has served as a place of growth, discipleship, and spiritual development. As we have prayed about the future, it has become clear that God is calling us into a more focused assignment.
Beginning in September, The Formation Room becomes a ministry formation environment built specifically for leaders, builders, and those sensing a call to greater Kingdom responsibility.

The Formation Room accepts applications year-round. There is no single window, no closing date, no waiting a year for the next chance. When you are ready, you apply.
But the room is not a checkout. Every application is reviewed for alignment with the culture and purpose of this environment. Not everyone is accepted — not because of gifting, but because formation requires the right posture to begin.

What formation requires.
Formation costs something. It always has. Here is exactly what it costs, stated plainly, before you apply.
One rate. Everything the room holds. For as long as you remain.
If cost is the only thing standing between you and formation, say so in your application. We would rather form a called laborer who cannot yet afford the room than fill it with those who simply can.

How much does The Formation Room cost?
The The Formation Room is $147 per month.
Participants commit to a one-year formation journey consisting of three formation cycles.
Your investment provides access to all live formation gatherings, teaching, leadership development, community engagement, and ongoing formation throughout the year.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Formation takes time.
Membership is month to month, but formation is not a quick transaction. The goal is not to provide information — it is to develop leaders, strengthen character, increase capacity, and prepare people for greater Kingdom responsibility.
That kind of transformation cannot be rushed. We ask that you enter with the intention to stay and be formed, not to sample and move on.
You remain in the room for as long as you are being formed — and you are free to step away when your season with us is complete.
Is this a course?
No.
The Formation Room is not a course and it is not a content membership.
It is an apostolic leadership formation environment designed to help leaders, builders, and emerging five-fold ministers grow in identity, character, capacity, and assignment.
While teaching is included, formation is the goal.
Do I need to be in full-time ministry to join?
No.
The Formation Room is designed for both church and marketplace leaders.
Many participants serve in ministry, while others lead businesses, organizations, teams, or community initiatives.
We believe Kingdom assignment extends beyond church walls.
What if I am still discerning my calling?
You do not need to have every answer before you apply.
Many participants join because they sense God is calling them into greater responsibility and want clarity regarding what they carry.
The Formation Room is designed to help cultivate discernment, language, confidence, and direction.

Life happens.
Recordings will be available when appropriate so participants can remain connected to the formation journey.
However, live participation is strongly encouraged, as many aspects of formation occur through interaction, discussion, accountability, and community.
Is this only for people exploring the five-fold ministry?
No.
While the room begins with a study of the five-fold ministry, The Formation Room is designed for leaders, builders, and believers seeking greater Kingdom responsibility.
Some participants may be exploring five-fold gifting, while others are focused on leadership, stewardship, ministry development, or assignment.
Can I join at any time?
Applications are accepted year-round.
The Formation Room is an ongoing environment, not a course that opens once and closes. You do not have to wait for a season to begin — when you are ready, you apply, and accepted members enter throughout the year.
Formation inside the room moves in seasons. If you enter as a new season begins, you begin at the beginning. If you enter mid-season, you step into a room already in motion — and formation meets you where you are.
