FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is RJ Leadership Institute™ for?
Leaders who are already carrying responsibility. If you are leading people, teams, or organizations — and making decisions that impact others — you are likely a fit.
Is this business coaching or ministry coaching?
Neither. It focuses on leadership formation — how you carry responsibility and steward influence. Business or ministry topics may arise, but the work centers on the leader.
Is faith part of the Institute?
Yes. Faith and spiritual discernment are integrated. This is not religious instruction, but it is not spiritually neutral.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. While leadership carries emotional weight, this is not therapy. Leaders in acute crisis may be encouraged to seek additional support first.
What level of commitment is required?
This is for leaders who are present and engaged. Participation requires reflection, responsibility, and a willingness to grow.
