Rebecca Jean is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RJ Global, where she leads the firm's consulting engagements and organizational advisory work. Her career spans executive leadership, organizational operations, workforce program development, financial management, and program implementation.

She serves as Executive Director of Revive In Action Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on workforce development and community impact, and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley University.

For institutional clients, that background means working with a consultant who has carried the responsibilities they carry: budgets, staff, funders, and program delivery. Recommendations are shaped by what it takes to put them into practice.
