Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Rebecca Jean
Rebecca Jean founded RJ Global to help organizations close the distance between strategy and execution.
Her career spans nonprofit executive leadership, organizational development, financial management, workforce development, and program implementation. She serves as Executive Director of Revive In Action Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on workforce development and community impact.
She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Bentley University. That training shapes how she approaches organizational questions: with attention to budgets, funding, and the operating detail that determines whether a plan can be carried out.
At RJ Global she leads the firm's consulting engagements and organizational advisory work, working directly with executive teams, boards, and program leaders.
